Behullah-Lakhindar's short story
According to Hindu Purva, Chand Sodagar was a devoted follower of Shiva, but Manasa planned to worship him as a worshiper. Although Manasa tried to change his mind to change his mind, Chand Sodagar shielded himself with the mantra and vyakya received from Shiva. Once Manasa came to Sundarbari near the moon, and Chand Sodagar told him her secret. As a result, the moon lost its miraculous powers due to its vowelance. The moon then accepted the help of Shankar. The power of full power is more than that of Chand Sodagar, but Manasa kills Chand Sodagar again helplessly.

Even after Chand Sodagar refused to worship Manasa, Manasa snatched his six children by sending a snake. As a result, Chand Sodagar lost his interest in business by becoming frustrated. Despite the unfavorable conditions, the moon started again in the sea to trade. After a successful business expedition, the moon started to move back home with the ships. Although Manasa produces a storm and the moon is protected with the help of the evil in the moon's phase, it is said that after the request of Manasa, Shiva durga should be removed. Then the ship of Sougarg's moon sank and Manasa brought him to an island. On this island Chand met his old friend Chandraketu.

Although Chandraketu tried his best to follow Chand Saudagar, he strongly rejected it. Even after becoming a monk, he worshiped Shiva and Dhurgar only. Because he did not want to give up to Manasa, he accepted the help of two of his friends - two of his friends. They are agreed to be born as human beings on earth. One moon son of Sodagar and the other being the business partner of Chand, Saha was the daughter of Saha.

Chand Sodagar returned to Champaknagar and was able to revive his life. One of his children was born. They named the child Lakhinder. Around the time Saha's wife gave birth to a daughter named Behula. The two children grew up together and considered to be perfect fit for each other. However, when their amount is counted and it is seen that Lakhinda will die on the snake bite on the wedding night. Since both of them are very similar to Manasa and their resemblance, their marriage is fixed. Chand Suodharg created extra caution that the house can not be secured by a snake.

But in spite of all caution, Manasa was able to implement its objective. A snake sent to him killed Lakhinder. According to the traditional practice, those who were killed in the bite of the snake would not be sung by conventional methods, but their dead bodies would be flown in the river, hoping that the person might return in a miraculous way. Behula, ignoring all the obstacles and clinging to her dead husband. They traveled for six months and went to village after village. In this situation, the bodies started to wither and the villagers kept him mentally unstable. Behula continued to pray to Manasa. But Manasa only helps keep the float float.
