My Top 100 Anime Openings of 2024

at last! my definitive, behemoth of a top 100 anime OPs of 2024 list to cap of this year. (stay tuned for top 50 EDs tomorrow) lots of great stuff for sure, but ultimately only a hundred can make the final cut. some openings soured on me, while some grew exponentially to the point of making it here, but most of them stood exactly where they were the first time I ranked them.

feel free to roast my taste and ask me about stuff that didn't make the list - let's keep a healthy discussion alive as I'm always curious about others' perspectives! we listen, we don't judge. well... we will inevitably judge. 😭
all in all, I had fun looking back at these and ranking them again, so I hope you guys also enjoy watching! lemme know your top 100 (or top 10 if that's too many) as well in the comments below!

5. let's be ONE - liella! (love live! superstar!! season 3)
6. unmei-chan - ikimonogakari (yozakura family)
7. hate no nai tabi - aina suzuki (saijaku tamer)
8. shika-iro days - shika-bu (shikanoko nokonoko koshitantan)
9. curtain call - yuuri (my hero academia)
10. MMH - UVERworld (nanatsu no taizai: mokushiroku no yonkishi season 2)
