In this video, we traveled to Malumpati Cold Spring in Pandan Antique, then to Ostrich Farm in Kalibo. Malumpati is known to be the cleanest river in the Philippines and known for its healing properties. Aside form swimming and diving, you can also experience "water tubing" where you ride in an inflatable tire interior pushed and guided by the "tubers" following the flow of the river. There are also hanging bridges and lush green foliage along the trek going to the Blue Lagoon.
For the expenses: Cottage ranges from 500 to 200 pesos depending on the size and capacity. Entrance fee is 40 pesos for adults and 20 pesos for children. Life jacket rentals is 50 pesos.
Salbabida is 30-50 pesos. no corkage for food, water tubing costs 230 pesos.
Ostrich farm has few animals but you will enjoy watching Elsa, the dancing cockatoo. You can also sample their delicious hopia sold in their cafeteria.
