The Odisha Transport Department has announced that vehicles with a valid pollution certificate will now be eligible to receive Green Stickers. The scheme will begin from January 10, 2026.

Vehicle owners can collect their green stickers from the nearest RTO office or regional transport offices. To make the process smooth, dedicated counters will be set up at all RTOs.
