Part 1 - In the segment of Wisconsin Foodie, Luke heads to the “Swiss cheese capital of the USA”, Monroe, WI to meet Madeline Kuhn, one of the cheesemakers at Emmi Roth. In 2016, Emmi Roth won Best Cheese in the world for their Grand Cru Surchoix. Luke tours one of the largest cheese caves in the WI, getting a sneak peak at the very rare “Monroe” style cheese.
