War of the Ring is board game based on The Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit League is a league style competitive format spanning the entire year run by the War of the Ring Discord Server. Players are ranked based on their win rates and get extra points for more games they play. The way the league format works incentivizes players to play at least 24 games.

Note: I hadn't yet built the battle simulator tool when I recorded the commentary. Even though, the simulator does not account for the Warg leadership properly, when the simulation is run assuming that sp gets 1 leadership throughout the entire fight, sp win rate is about 72%. With 2 leadership the winrate goes up to 82%. So, I'd expect the actual winrate to be a value in between these.
Another important point is that, fellowship had a 75% chance to dunk next turn had they just took 3 damage from the eye tile and gone up to 5 corruption. After, Strider dies their chance of dunking next turn, goes down to 22%.
