Witch doll cake

How to make a witch doll cake: In this Halloween cake decorating tutorial I show you how to make a witch doll cake that does not require you to purchase a barbie doll to stick in the middle, also making more of the cake edible! This means you will have to do a little bit of modelling to create your character, but follow this tutorial and you should be fine, alternatively you could use a barbie doll if you feel more comfortable doing so :). I would recommend using modelling paste / flower paste or gum paste to create your character with, fondant will be fine to use on the dress.
