Runescape Roll Back Glitch! 12/11/2010 (Jagex Fails)!

Allright so the back story of this rushed vid is that recently (i dont know when it began) Failgex did some kind of rollback because they messed up (shocker)... before this i had once heard from a m8 that he saw a lv 4 running around with a fire cape, after looking his stats up on the diary thing, he had got lvs and done quests he had now lost and couldnt do... i didnt take much notice untill on this day i filmed this, i saw this guy and decided to film it for randomness...
It shows what he has, the cooking skill he has gained and lost and a few quests he did and yet now does not have the skills to do... He also got 99 firemaking AGAIN and has a trimmed cape yet only having 1 99... He also said that he might quit.. but i dunno..
