Stone House is a shelter building located in an arid place at the foot of the Andes Mountains. Built from the remains of an “ancient” construction that justifies the use of this implantation and not another.
Located in a seismic zone, the flexible structural system used is made entirely of pre-machined metal steel. The two volumes rest on individual solid concrete kiosks. Cover panels with maximum thermal characteristics cover the entire roof as well as the fixed and sliding walls.
