every time i listen to this song, i think about this movie. hoping to capture some of the wistful melancholy of it all; charlotte swimming in memories, dreams, time.

the idea with this was a little obscure, there's something about this music that hit a chord of nostalgic longing and the melancholy of the movie... so I decided to make my own little story outside and around the movie.
maybe charlotte is back in Japan, maybe she's slipping through time, maybe they're all just dreams. but moments in the present, or time-after, are saturated and things from the past are faded. is she looking on trying to heal the hurt that came of this relationship? or missing the fleeting time she did have? up to you
