【親子でガンプラ】
～RGズゴックをシャア専用機体の識別カラーに全塗装～
RG 1/144 シャア専用ズゴックを、識別カラーにこだわって全塗装しました。
子どもからのオーダーは「改造せずに、ちゃんと“シャアカラー”にしてほしい」とのこと。
EXモデルとは異なり、RGはパーツ構成が複雑。ディテールを活かすため、カラーリングで魅せる構成に。
また、ジオン軍が「白い悪魔＝ガンダム」を警戒していた設定を考慮し、一部白いパーツを黄色に変更しました。

・サーフェーサー（白）

・ガイアノーツ プレミアムミラークローム

■ 主な工程
・洗浄・脱脂
・白サーフェーサーで下地処理
・各部をマスキングして色分け塗装
・フレキシブル・ベロウズ・リムや可動部はMSファントムグレーで統一
・爪や頭部ミサイルの弾頭など白だった箇所はすべて黄色に再設定
・モールドにも黄色を使用しアクセント追加
・デカール貼付後にクリア塗装し、組み立て
・子どもが遊べるよう、外れやすいパーツは接着固定で対応
親子で協力して“遊べる完成品”を目指して仕上げました。

We fully repainted the RG 1/144 Char’s Custom Z'Gok using distinctive “Char-specific” color schemes — as requested by the child, who wanted no custom modding, just proper coloring.
Compared to EX kits, RG models are more complex in parts and structure, so we focused on color separation to bring out detail.
Also, based on the idea that Zeon feared the “White Devil,” we replaced the original white parts with yellow tones.

■ Process
Wash and degrease all parts
Prime with white surfacer
Mask and paint each section individually
Bellows and joints painted in MS Phantom Gray
Replaced white parts (claws, head missiles) with yellow
Added yellow accents to select panel lines
Applied decals, clear coated, and assembled
Fixed loose parts with glue for better play durability
