As an A-Top artiste with All India Radio, she has performed and recorded extensively. Her tenure as a faculty member at the University of Madras further highlights her dedication to teaching and nurturing future talents. Her contributions to national and international seminars and her numerous recordings have significantly enriched the Carnatic music tradition. Above all, She has molded many students into accomplished Carnatic classical musicians who have followed the tradition of Carnatic music.

O mind, I am telling you a word that is for your own good — listen carefully

O mind, Fix your thoughts on Lord Shiva, who performs the cosmic dance in the golden hall, Observe your body and its functions with awareness, knowing that it is just a vessel, not your true Self.

O mind, Stop being deluded by people’s charming but deceitful words.
Remove the net of illusion (Maya) and strive to attain the jewel of liberation (Mukthi).

Root out the growth of worldly desires that have spread far and wide. Accept and follow what is prescribed by the Vedas and scriptures as the proper path.

Learn and understand all the essential knowledge contained in the sacred Vedas and scriptures, Drive away the thieves ( Desire, Anger, Greed, and Delusion ) that rob you of your inner peace and wisdom.

While still in the prime of youth, train your mind to dissolve false emotions and ego. Even if the world changes, hold firm the thought that the supreme consciousness alone is real and praise it.

Gather and focus your mind, which runs endlessly day and night. Know that the all-pervading reality alone is complete and perfect, and untie the knot of the heart (ignorance).

With steady, undistracted meditation , reach firm concentration. Strengthen your conviction that the long-standing illusion is false.
