Yes, good grades are great. But character is definitely more important in education. It defines who you are and how you do things in the long run.
In his talk, Stanislav shared his experience and lesson from becoming a university guidance counsellor that is important to be understood by students for their next step in the university and career.
Stanislav Sousek is a University Guidance Counselor with over 10 years of counselling experience in international schools and colleges/universities around the world. As such, he has worked with hundreds of students from many different countries.
He was awarded the Yale Educator award in 2017 and has made it his mission to help students navigate the complex world of careers and university applications. He has been the University Guidance Counselor at Sinarmas World Academy for the past 6 years.
