Following 3 sold-out seasons at the Arsht Center, Ayikodans, "Haiti's premier dance troupe" (Miami New Times), returns to Miami to thrill audiences with a world premiere, Tribulations, and an expanded version of Danse de l'arraignée (Dance of the Spider) -- all performed by the company's incredibly fierce dancers and accompanied by an ensemble of drummers and vocalists.

Created by Artistic Director and Choreographer Jeanguy Saintus, a 2008 Prince Claus Award recipient, Tribulations is a dance in three movements, depicting the familiar temptations that often lead to tribulations -- the things that can either bring us happiness or pain.
