BROKEN INSTRUMENT EXTENDING BEYOND APEX IN ROOT CANAL TREATMENT

A new challenge! Patient is referred to our clinic by a dentist for management of long broken rotary instrument going beyond apex and screwed firmly in right mandibular 1st molar. Not only that, there are amalgam fragments in pulp chamber as well as mesial canals. They are also noted beyond apex in PA lesion around mesial root.
