He collected numerous accolades as Asian’s best speaker. He published numerous books and audiobooks on social, leadership and management skills. JC was also the founder of a management consultancy company in Shanghai.

Currently, JC is the Chief Culture Officer of Feruni Ceramiche Sdn Bhd. His mission is to develop a purpose-driven organisation that focuses on delivering happiness.

JC takes it as a challenge to find a balance between a company’s profitability and its employees’ happiness. He strives to match the right person for the right position, creating a win-win outcome.

His motto in life is “Only a happy person can achieve a greater success”.

Despite the many challenges in his life, JC persists in pursuing his original dream of building an organisation that delivers happiness, for himself, for the corporate and for the society at large, creating the greatest value for the community.
