Hello! My name is Alina, I live in Ukraine.
I took a walk through the forest to find the last porcini mushrooms of the year and dry them. There is very little time left to enjoy the autumn scenery. Today I want to show you an incredibly tasty and healthy dessert made of nuts and grape juice. It is called churchkhela.
Churchkhela recipe:
800 ml of sweet grape juice (you can use any juice)
100 g of flour
300 g of walnuts (or other)
