This delicious soft and homemade bread stuffed with some spicy vegetable mix and paneer and baked till it gets a nice crust on top. Serve it for dinner along with a soup and salad or as an appetizer. This is the best choice to give vegetables and protein to your kids. This masala pav is everyone's favorite and kids love it.

Ingredients :

For the dough :
1/4th cup Luke warm water
1 tbsp sugar
3/4tbs active dry yeast
1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour(Maida)
Salt as per taste
1/4th cup Luke warm water
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
More 2 tbsp water if needed

For stuffing :
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin seed
1/4th cup finally chopped onion
1 chopped carrot
1/4th cup green bell peppers(Capsicum)
2 tbsp green beans
1 boiled potato
1/4th cup paneer
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4th tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp amchur powder
salt as per tatse
