Making a custom trim kit for a glass cooktop

How to make a custom trim strip, filler strip, gap filler, trim kit for a glass cooktop with an opening that is too large.

I replaced my glass cooktop and the new cooktop is smaller than the old one. I have to make a trim strip to fill the gap left over and I show how to make a custom one out of glass that matches the cooktop.
