Beach Day Turns INSANE When Creep Harasses Strangers & Fights Cops

On November 5th, 2023. Multiple people reported a man harassing families and kids on the beach. Upon the officer's arrival, the man did not make much sense when questions were being asked. the man was told not to return to the beach; however, shortly after, he returned to continue harassing people. This is the body-cam footage of the events.
