My take on the magnificent rhythm guitar parts of the RUDOLF SCHENKER and ULI JON ROTH Scorpions 1970's era. From the Album Taken by Force.
As ever, this is just how I would play the song, I make no claim that the legendary Scorpions play it like this.
Thanks as ever for watching

Taken by Force is the fifth studio album by the German rock band Scorpions, released on December 4, 1977. It is notable as the final studio album to feature lead guitarist Uli Jon Roth and the first to include drummer Herman Rarebell.
Taken by Force is considered an important album that marked the end of the band's first phase. Uli Jon Roth left shortly after the album's tour (documented on the live album Tokyo Tapes) due to "purely artistic" differences, as he had little interest in the hard rock direction the rest of the band wanted to pursue. His departure cleared the way for the band to recruit Matthias Jabs and fully embrace the arena rock style that led to massive commercial success.
Musical Direction:
The album captures the band's transition from a psychedelic, blues-infused rock style (characteristic of the Roth era) towards the heavier hard rock and heavy metal sound that would bring them global success in the 1980s. The songwriting on the album was divided, highlighting the differing musical directions of Roth and the Rudolf Schenker/Klaus Meine partnership.
Album Details
Taken by Force is widely considered a classic, with some reviewers on Amazon UK calling it a "beast" of an album from their 1970s back catalog.
The album contains several songs that became fan favorites and live hits, such as "Steamrock Fever" and the "total guitar rifforama" of "The Sails of Charon".
It showcases a transition in the band's sound towards the heavier hard rock/heavy metal style that would define their later success, while still featuring some of their romantic ballad-style songs like "Born to Touch Your Feelings".
Like their previous two albums, the original cover art for Taken by Force caused some controversy and was replaced with an alternative cover featuring band photographs in most markets
