September 30 - Cape Judge President John Hlophe believes that he will be cleared of misconduct when the Judicial Service Commission inquiry against him gets underway on Monday. Hlophe stands accused of trying to sway two Constitutional Court justices to make rulings in favour of Jacob Zuma five years ago. But the justices who once accused him are now unwilling to testify.
