mushroom gravy sauce

2 medium onion
8 to 10 clove garlic
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 bay leaf
1/2 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tsp fennel seed
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp whole peppercorn or to your taste
1/2 tbsp Himalayan salt or to your taste
2 small beef bone
4 cup beef broth
1/4 tsp mustard powder or Dijon mustard

300g whole mushroom sliced
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp flour
optional - add 4 tbsp heavy cream for creamy texture
adjust the thickness of your sauce with more flour
or more water and ENJOY!!
