How to pick or choose the perfect Pineapple at the store; fresh pineapple or grilled is awesome. To select a good one, aroma, firmness, leaf check and color, as well as a few other factors come into play. Overripe is not fixable, and too underripe, and the pineapple might go bad before it ripens properly. I hope you found this video helpful…and can use my mistakes to your advantage :)
