This tower is listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. It was built in 1911 and is located at:
312 West Lombard Street, Baltimore, Maryland. The building has had other names over the years such as Baltimore Arts Tower. In this video segment you can see Camden Yards and the Inner Harbor area. Feel free to identify some of the other buildings if you know what they are.
