In this video, we take a look at the LATAM Premium Business Boeing 787-9 product on board a short trans-Tasman flight between Sydney and Auckland.
After checking in at the priority counter, LATAM guests are invited to use the Qantas Lounges. Business Class guests are sent to the Qantas Business Lounge, but Oneworld Emerald guests are able to access the better Qantas First Lounge.
Flight LA 800 first flies to Auckland before flying onward to Santiago, Chile. When we board the Boeing Dreamliner aircraft, we take a look at the Business Class cabin and hard product seat in immense detail – the seat positions, lie-flat bed, storage, IFE, lighting, etc. During the 2.5 hours flight, a light lunch service is served soon after take-off. An amenity kit is also provided on this short flight.
When we land in Auckland, we pass through immigration/customs and pick up our checked baggage. Passengers going onto Santiago need to disembark and pass through the transit hall to reboard the aircraft.
