It's finally time to design and build the beating heart of my 8-bit relay computer ... the clock. In this mini-series I'm going to go through the theory of how the clock works, work through the design, test it on a breadboard and then finally design the PCB and solder it up.
In this fifteenth episode I construct the clock PCB soldering everything in to place and then give it all a test.
