Ingridents
2 Cups of Rice Flour
2 Spoons Of Maida
Oil
Ghee
Water
Coconut - 2
Sugar ( 2 Parts of Scrapped Cocnut)
Making
In a Pan Put Oil and Ghee double of Rice Flour
Eg:2Cups of Rice Flour = 4 Spoons of Oil 4 Spoons of Ghee
Pour Water with Propotion for 1 Cup Rice Flour = 1.5 cup of Water
Keep 10 minutes over medium heat until it comes to a boil.
Mix 2 Spoons of Maida to 2 cups of Rice Flour and put it in the boiling water
and do not mix. Close with a lid and wait for 10 min
Meanwhile Scrap Coconut and didvide into 3 equal parts
Add sugar which equals 2 part of scraped Coconut and mix it well in a hot kadai with oil
After 10 min mix the flour and leave it to cool a little bit
After few minutes we should roll the dough which should be at least warm
apply oil in a press and do the base for kolukadai and place it in mould
Fill small amount of the coconut fill and steam it out
Tada...Sweet kolukati is ready
