Thrilled to be learning the ropes from his acclaimed boss, Tom Kerridge, O’Leary is currently running the sauce section at the two Michelin-starred Hand & Flowers in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. O’Leary was named best young chef in the Observer Food Monthly Awards 2015.
