Horn Do's and Don'ts Recommended by Manufacturer:

DO's
1. Use horns only if essential.
2. Fit the horn away from the hot engine area.
3. Fit the horn at the proper designated location in your vehicle.
4. For good sound, fit the horn on a solid metal part.
5. Use relay for better performance of the horn.

DON'Ts
1. Do not open or bend the horn terminals and mounting bracket.
2. Do not blow the horn for more than 2 seconds at a time.
3. Do not drop the horn or hit the horn in any way.
4. Do not tamper with the horn's plastic bush or screw.
