Methi makai Ka paratha with mooli ki chutney is a perfect recipe for this winter. It is healthy yet delicious recipe. For marking paratha first make soft dough with makai ka atta , chopped methi , mooli n some spices n use warm water. For making chutney first roasted tomato n garlic. Then make paste with mooli , coriander leave, green chutney, roasted tomato & garlic. Finish with Mustard oil, lemon juice . Cooing time:- 40-45 min
Ingredients
For Paratha
Makai ka atta-2 1/2cup
Methi-1cup (chopped)
Moti-1 (grated)
Ginger-2tbsp
Ajwain-1tsp
Green chilli-2(chopped)
Coriander powder-1tsp
Turmeric-1/2tsp
Kashmiri chilli-1tsp
Chilli flakes-1/2tsp
Salt to taste
Ghee-2tbsp
Warm water-2cup
Ghee-for fry
For Chutney
Oil-1tsp
Tomato-2(half)
Garlic-4-5
Mooli-2 (chopped)
Coriander leave -handful
Green chilli-2
Add roasted tomato n garlic
Salt to taste
Mustard oil-1-2tbsp
Lemon juice-1
