Mega Gyarados is underwhelming. Here's why
Sure, it’s good against certain mons in a 1v1 brawl, and chasing enemies with empowered basic attacks after Dragon Breath is all good, but it’s also susceptible to being burst down by other enemies. Meanwhile, you’re doing only meagre damage with your empowered basic attacks. It’s also not good when you don’t have a decent backline. Also, the mega duration is shorter, so the ult CD is shorter as well.
