Long Lu is a business designer and independent vlogger. During his career, he has worked for international oil company, West Coast tech giant in US, and Chinese internet unicorn in charge of strategy and external partnership. Long graduated from Harvard Business School with an MBA degree. This learning experience and the subsequent social practice made him realize how to use strategic thinking to think about the value and significance of life. At the same time Long is also a history lover. Believing in history as a mirror, he often cites historical references to support his point of view in his storytelling.

2013年，陆茏研究生毕业在北京开始职业生涯。2018年在哈佛商学院获得MBA学位后加入了一家西海岸的科技巨头公司工作，之后回国在一家国内互联网独角兽企业任职。从某种意义上来讲，职业发展的成功并没有带来更多的快乐。这让陆茏开始思考如何获得真正的快乐。事实上只有摆脱“内卷“思维，才能获得真正的快乐。金钱与快乐的关系在达到一定阈值后大幅衰减，但有一些用金钱购买快乐的小技巧

Long Lu started his career in 2013. After obtaining MBA from Harvard Business School in 2018, he joined a West Coast tech giant and then a Chinese Internet unicorn. In some sense, career success doesn't bring more happiness. This experience makes Long wonder what the true source of happiness is. In reality "involution" can not bring happiness, and he shares his own way to get happiness.
