Join me as I navigate the 64th Annual Liffey Descent.
The race is an international Canoe Marathon, and consists of 10 Weirs and 1 portage. It starts within the grounds of the world famous K Club in Straffan, Co. Kildare and finishes 30+ kilometre later at the Garda Boat Club, Islandbridge, Dublin.
Twists, Turns, Rocks.... More Rocks. Thrills and Spills......
With Friends Dave and Alex, we ran the course in sea kayaks, and Alex and I both ran the course with Greenland Paddles..... Much to the confusion and amusement of everyone.
