红旗-17防空导弹（中国代号：HQ-17），是中国人民解放军在批量装备俄制道尔-M1型低空野战防空导弹系统的同时引进所有技术资料，并将其进行国产化的一款防空导弹，自行生产编号为“红旗-17”。
红旗-17防空导弹底盘采用了7个小直径轮，与“道尔”M1相同 ，但是整个底盘略高于原版。其他外形酷似“道尔”M1、跟踪雷达整合在一辆发射车上，是垂直发射型，整个系统构造与“道尔”M1几乎一样。
红旗17防空系统将雷达、导弹和制导站集于同一装甲车，采用垂直冷弹发射。可对付速度700 米/秒，12g过载的空中目标。攻击距离12KM。每辆车上装载2个导弹模块，每个导弹模块由1个运输发射箱和4枚9M331导弹组成。导弹的发动机是单室双级推力固体火箭发动机；导弹采用无线电指令制导。

The Hongqi-17 air defense missile (Chinese code: HQ-17) is an air defense that the Chinese People’s Liberation Army is equipped with in batches of Russian-made Doyle-M1 low-altitude field air defense missile systems while introducing all technical data and localizing them. The missile is self-produced and numbered "Hongqi-17".
The Hongqi-17 air defense missile chassis uses 7 small-diameter wheels, the same as the Doyle M1, but the entire chassis is slightly higher than the original. Other appearances resemble Doyle M1. The tracking radar is integrated on a launch vehicle. It is a vertical launch type. The entire system structure is almost the same as Doyle M1.
The Hongqi 17 air defense system integrates radar, missiles and guidance stations in the same armored vehicle, and uses vertical cold bomb launches. It can deal with air targets with a speed of 700 m/s and an overload of 12g. The attack distance is 12KM. Each vehicle is loaded with 2 missile modules, and each missile module consists of a transport launch box and 4 9M331 missiles. The missile's engine is a single-chamber two-stage thrust solid rocket motor; the missile is guided by radio commands.
