This is NOT Rocket League!

The most recent event in the saga of the decline of Rocket League is the announcement of Rocket Racing. This is a new game mode that is being introduced in Fortnite as part of the Chapter 5 update.

Many Rocket League players are upset about this as it seems to be the primary reason that Epic announced that it would be removing trading. Rocket League has seen a ton of change over the years, but most recently the changes have been ones that are causing outrage in the community. Most of what we see these days is the removal of features and cosmetic updates that don't add anything to the actual experience of playing the game.

Rocket League is an amazing game and the community is crying for help. I share my thoughts on all these changes and how the game could potentially be saved.
