In this video, we explore the theory and design of the Flyback Converter, a widely used isolated DC-DC converter ideal for applications requiring electrical isolation. Similar in behavior to the buck-boost converter, the Flyback Converter can produce an output voltage either greater or less than the input, using a transformer-based topology.
