Ishq ki hukumat ishq e ilahi; Aj hum bat karte hain ashqeen ki hukumat ki bat karte hain hukumat e ishq ki. Ishq ki bhi apni ada howa karte hai ishq ki bhi apni aik hukumat howa karti hai. Ishq ilahi main jo allah apne ikhtiyarat apne bande ko sonp deta hai. Allama iqbal ki kitab hai israr e khudi is main allama iqbal farmate hain. Aik waqia tehreer karte hain. To badshah ke sipahiyon ne us ko pakar kar thapar mar diye ke tumhain hosh nahi hai ke waqt ka badshah aa raha hai aur tum agay se guzar rahe ho to wo bechara rota hota shikayat le ke boo ali qalandar ke pass chala gaya. Boo ali qalandar ko jalal aya aur unhaon ne apne munshi se kaha ke badshah ko khat likho. Agar tum ne apne is fail ki apne is amal ki mafi na mangi to jan lo ashqeen ki bhi hukumat howa karti hai. Aur main tumhari hukumat ko mazol kar don ga aur main badshah kisi aur ko bana don ga. To badshah ne aa kar boo ali qalandar se mafi mangi aur phir boo ali qalandar ka jalal jamal mein tabdel howa. Ye kiya hai? Ye niyabat e ilahi hai ye ishq e ilahi hai ye hukumat e ishq hai ishq wale bhi raj kiya karte hain ishq wale bhi hukumat kiya karte hain bazahir un ke pas kuch nahi hota. Na takht-o-taj main hai na lashkar-o-sipah main jo bat mard e qalandar ki bargah main hai. Ye hai ishq ki hukumat jise ishq e ilahi kaha jata hai.
