A Poi technique called "The Meltdown" that involves the hands switching back-and-forth from crossed in front of you, to crossed behind you. It looks cooler than it sounds, so take a look and learn a new trick.
The first half of the video is the basics. The second half is all of the variations you can add on to make it look more fancy.
