The Fix is In | Fender Tone Master Deluxe Reverb No Sound and Flashing LED Pt 2

To help searches for the fix, D202 fails as a short and causes shorts in associated tantalum capacitors.
At which point the Tone Master makes no sound and the bottom firmware update LED flashes.

Apparently a common failure mode on these.
