This Preserving America profile features the Princeton Battlefield Society, an organization dedicated to educating the public about the Battle of Princeton and the “ten crucial days” that saved our country’s quest for independence. The encounter took place on January 3, 1777, and was one of the most consequential battles of the American Revolution. It came at a time when America’s fortunes had reached an all-time low, when colonists’ hopes of securing their liberty from England were slowly fading away.
