This method is certainly the best one I know of, it is great if you are saving up to try and buy a Ferrari F1 car or a Formula GT car. It works out at 131,358 credits PER MINUTE provided you do a full race time of 6 min 30 seconds, in the tutorial I did 6.26. 1 hour of constant running will get you 8 million no problem, you're welcome!
