Chula Vegan is a 100% vegan restaurant and cafe in San Jose del Cabo, Mexico. The staff and owner (who can usually be found in the shop) are versed in accommodating for gluten free. They made sure to toast the gluten free bread in a clean pan in a separate area. They spread hummus on the toast before topping it with arugula and avocados. The chilaquiles were well spiced and the sauce over the crispy corn chips were wonderful. Enjoy your meal with a delicious kombucha.
