The pool heater crapped out again, the compressor will not start so the pool will not heat, yet the condenser fan operatates correctly. I troubleshoot this using two voltmeters and an ohmmeter. It comes down to a faulty capacitor that we check with an ohmmeter. A $40 capacitor has us back in businsess in no time.
