In this video, I’ll share a simple tutorial on making a beautiful policy envelope and a project close to my heart—a chunky gratitude journal I’ve designed for 2025. This journal features:
🎁 12 handmade policy envelopes
🎁 12 cardstock pages with front and back pockets
🎁 Christmas-themed journaling cards

I’ll be using this book to write three things I’m grateful for every day throughout the year. Although it’s Christmas-themed, I believe gratitude and joy should be celebrated all year round.
