പരിപ്പും ചെറിയ ഉള്ളിയും മുരിങ്ങാക്കായും കൊണ്ടുള്ള തേങ്ങ വറുത്തരക്കാത്ത സാമ്പാറാണ് ഇന്നത്തെ നമ്മുടെ വീഡിയോ👌 നല്ല മണവും രുചിയും ഉള്ള ഒരു സാമ്പാറിന്റെ റെസിപ്പിയാണ്. ഈ ഒരു സാമ്പാർ ചോറിന്റെ കൂടെമാത്രമല്ല ചപ്പാത്തിയുടെ കൂടെയും എല്ലാവർക്കും ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടും 👌

Shallots – 1 cup
Tamarind – 2 small lemon-sized balls
Toor dal – ½ cup
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Dry red chillies – 3
Dry red chillies – 10
Coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
Chana dal – 1 tbsp
Grated coconut – ½ cup
Coconut oil – 2 tbsp + 1 tbsp
Water – 3 cups
• ഈ ഒരു കല്യാണ സാമ്പാർ ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ വെള്ളേരിക്... ഈ അവരെ കല്യാണ സാമ്പാർ ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ വെള്ളരിക്ക മാത്രം മതി
