James Shiver, a student in Trident’s Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program, is excited to share research from his Doctoral Study Project, “Examination of Digital Marketing and Consumer Behavior Related to Independent Insurance and Financial Services Professionals.”
During this presentation James will discuss:
• Industry trends related to online purchases of financial services
• Digital marketing strategies used by financial services professionals
• Consumer behaviors and decision making among online consumers
After the presentation James will be joined by Dr. Indira Guzman, Doctoral Studies Director of Trident’s Glenn R. Jones College of Business. Both will be available to answer your questions and share further insight about this research and Trident’s DBA program.
James Shiver is a student in Trident’s Doctor of Business Administration program and currently serves as Manager for Trident’s Center for Career Planning & Workforce Strategies. He is a military veteran having retired after 20 years of service in the U.S. Army. James also serves as a faculty member within the Glenn R. Jones College of Business.
