"Thinks't Thou then by thy feigning" sails dangerously close to the wind: the poet, overcome with desire, appears to be contemplating taking unfair advantage of a person sleeping close by - or maybe only pretending to sleep... but in the end he decides not to step too far over the line - unless a stolen kiss should be counted as a crime.
