Celebi is a new card in the Secluded Springs Set of Pokémon TCG Pocket! It has a 2 energy attack that deals 40 damage with the added effect of de-evolving your opponent's active pokemon while putting the evolution card back into their hand. This directly counters rare candy decks because your opponents can't re-use their rare candy after their card gets de-evolved. I paired this with Meowscarada to make sure we can deal with powerful basic EX cards, and together they can counter the meta pretty efficiently!
