गया पिण्ड दान: सम्पूर्ण जानकारी, क्यों करते हैं गया में पिंडदान?, गया का रहस्य, आत्मा को मुक्ति

हम लोग गयाजी में पितृपक्ष के दौरान पितरों का पिंडदान व श्राद्ध गयाजी के देवघाट पर किया, देवघाट फल्गु नदी के तट पर स्थित है व देवघाट के पास ही श्री विष्णुपद वेदी है, विष्णुपद में भगवान विष्णु के चरण चिन्ह बने हुए हैं जिसे धर्मशिला के नाम से जाना जाता है।
यहां पर स्वयं भगवान विष्णु पितृ देवता के रूप में मौजूद है इसलिए इस स्थान को पितृ तीर्थ भी कहा जाता है,गया में पितरों का श्राद्ध व पिंड दान करने से सात पीढ़ी के पितर संतुष्ट हो जाते हैं व 101 कुल का उद्धार हो जाता है।
गयाजी तीर्थ काशी व प्रयाग से भी प्राचीन तीर्थ है, गया का नाम गयासुर राक्षस से जुड़ा हुआ है, भगवान विष्णु ने गयासुर के वक्ष स्थल पर अपने पैरों को रखा था तो गयासुर जमीन में समा गया व शिला के रूप में परिवर्तित हुआ।
इस स्थान पर ब्रह्मा जी ने गयासुर राक्षस के शरीर पर यज्ञ किया था, विष्णुपद मंदिर में 16 वेदी या पिंड वेदी है, 16 वेदियों को पिंडदान के लिए महत्वपूर्ण माना जाता है इन वेदियों पर पिंडदान करने से पितरों को विष्णु लोक में स्थान मिलता है।
गया जी में हर साल 16 दिन का पितृपक्ष होता है, मैं इस वीडियो में पिंडदान व श्राद्ध कैसे किया जाता है, गया जी में कहां-कहां पिंड दान करना चाहिए इस बारे में पूरी जानकारी दी है। इस वीडियो में मैंने गया जी का इतिहास व श्री विष्णुपद वेदी का इतिहास भी बताया है।

Lord Vishnu himself is present here in the form of the ancestral deity, so this place is also known as Pitra Teerth. By performing Shraddha and Pind Daan for ancestors in Gaya, the ancestors of seven generations get satisfied and 101 generations get liberated.
Gayaji Tirtha is an older pilgrimage than Kashi and Prayag. The name of Gaya is associated with the demon Gayasur. When Lord Vishnu placed his feet on Gayasur's chest, he sank into the ground and turned into a rock.
At this place Brahma Ji performed Yagya on the body of Gayasur demon, Vishnupad temple has 16 altars or Pind Vedi, 16 altars are considered important for Pind Daan, by performing Pind Daan on these altars, ancestors get a place in Vishnu Lok.
